Get a fresh start on your fitness routine with these great new programs!

Whether you prefer to walk or run, we have an exciting opportunity for you starting this fall. Students from the Health, Fitness and Wellness Program at Mohawk College will be leading interested HHS staff members in a fun and effective group fitness program. As long as you have a decent pair of sneakers and the desire to get more physically active this fall, then you are invited to join your colleagues in taking "steps" towards better health and fitness!

WALKING GROUP: 

Where:
Juravinski (group meets at JH Main Entrance doors)
When: Tuesdays, starting September 27th 
Time: 7:15 - 8:00AM
Length of Program: 10 weeks (ends Nov 29th)

Time: 4:30-5:30PM

Please fill out the form to register for a 10-week Learn to Run Program led by the Health, Wellness & Fitness students of Mohawk College. The groups will meet once a week at the same day and time for 10 consecutive weeks. So lace up those runners and get ready to have fun!
