With a new year comes a new HEALTHY YOU! Healthy You is an 11-week program, led by a Registered Dietitian, that uses a non-diet approach to help you reach and maintain a healthier version of you!

When: Tuesdays (January 15 - March 26th)
Time: 5:15 - 6:45PM
Where: Juravinski (JH Aud A4-4)
Cost: $45 (includes manual and 15 hours of teaching time with a Registered Dietitian)
