PROGRAM DETAILS:

The Chronic Disease Self-Management program is a FREE 6-week workshop for people with ongoing health conditions.You will learn empowering, research-based healing skills to help you cope with life challenges and stressful conditions in a supportive small group setting. All participants will receive the book, Living a Healthy Life With Chronic Conditions, 4th Ed. Please speak to your manager for approval to attend on days you are scheduled to work. Attendance will be supported by paid work time through the modified work budget. 

When: Starting May 21st, 2019 and running until July 2, 2019 
Where: Juravinski Hospital
Time: 1:30PM – 4:00PM 
Cost: FREE

**While the workshop is held at JH, eligible staff members from all HHS sites are invited and encouraged to attend. Parking provided!
