Reach Your Fitness Goals at MUMC!

If you would like to take one or more group fitness classes at MUMC, please fill out the form below. All classes will take place in the new Shine Employee Wellness Centre (MUMC 1J3). A separate form will need to be filled out for each class you wish to take. Spots in the class will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Enjoy getting active at work and have a great session!

Fitness @ the MUMC Wellness Centre

Please fill out the form to register for a fitness class at the MUMC Wellness Centre (Room 1J3 - Purple Section, Level 1). Each class will be offered at the same time and on the same day of the week.

The Free Learn to Hoola Hoop will start Dec 11 and run for 4 weeks.
The FREE Total Body Strength starts Jan 16 and runs for 8 weeks.

HIIT will start Tuesdays on Jan 22 and run for 8 weeks.

The Monday & Wednesday Total Body Strength class will start on Jan 21st and run for 8 weeks. The Tuesday Yoga Session will start on Nov 27th and run for 10 weeks. The Thursday Yoga Session will start on Nov 29th and run for 10 weeks.

*NEW* Morning Moves is a mix of relaxing and upbeat music where you can dance in any way you please. Classes run Jan 23rd, Feb 20, Mar 27, April 24, May 22.

  • The cost of Tues/Thurs yoga is $50.00. The cost for the lunchtime Total Body Strength (Mon/Wed) is $60.00 for 8 weeks.

    The cost for After Work Total Body Strength and Hoola Hoop is FREE. The cost for HIIT for 8 weeks is $30.
