Reach Your Fitness Goals at St. Peter's!

If you would like to take one or more group fitness classes at SPH, please fill out the form below. All classes will take place in the Auditorium. A separate form will need to be filled out for each class you wish to take. Spots in the class will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Enjoy getting active at work and have a great session!

Fitness @ SPH

Please fill out the form to register for a fitness class in the Auditorium. Each class will be offered at the same time and on the same day of the week.

Wednesday Zumba will start on Wed April 10th and run for 10 weeks. The Tuesday Yoga class will start on Tuesday April 16th and run for 10 weeks. The Thursday yoga class will start on Thursday April 18th and run for 10 weeks.

Tuesday Lunch Yoga will begin Tues April 30.
