WANNA RUN (or WALK) this Fall?
With cooler weather and beautiful fall colours, it's the perfect time to get outdoors and get active! If you would like to get in on the fun, please fill out the form below and join your colleagues for an exciting opportunity coming to HGH (walking group), SPH, MUMC and JHCC Learn to Run groups) this fall! Each session will be led by coaches from the Mohawk College Health, Wellness and Fitness program.
Groups will meet each week at 4:30PM, starting the week of Sept 25th at the following locations (please arrive on time or early!):
SPH: Outdoor patio area
MUMC: Ewart Angus Entrance
JHCC: Mountain Brow Entrance (M Wing)
FREE Walking Group at HGH: Wednesdays from 12:15 - 12:45PM (meet at McMaster Building Wing entrance - across from Rehab Centre). New drop-ins always welcome! Register here.
